THE DESIGN - BUILD CONCEPT
From USA to KSA –the design – build concept has become the preferred front-running/market leading method for constructing industrial and commercial projects.
This is how it works:
- You, the prospective owner, have a demand for a building.
- You give us a call to arrange a meeting to discuss your project.
- We then proceed to prepare preliminary drawings consisting mainly of :
- A site plan
- A floor plan
- A cross section
- Elevation
- A prospect sketch
- Outline specification
- Budget price
- We meet again so you can review our concept design, space layout, outline specification, and budget prices.
- After two or more follow-up meetings, we come to an agreement.
- We then proceed to give you a firm offer attaching basic design, outline specifications, and giving you a MAXIMUM GUARANTEED PRICE (MGP).
- We then sign a contract and proceed with the works.
- The Clients appoints a Consultant to supervise the work progress.
- After handover, periodic visits are made to ensure complete satisfaction.
