THE DESIGN - BUILD CONCEPT

From USA to KSA –the design – build concept has become the preferred front-running/market leading method for constructing industrial and commercial projects.

This is how it works:

  • You, the prospective owner, have a demand for a building.
  • You give us a call to arrange a meeting to discuss your project.
  • We then proceed to prepare preliminary drawings consisting mainly of :
    • A site plan
    • A floor plan
    • A cross section
    • Elevation
    • A prospect sketch
    • Outline specification
    • Budget price
  • We meet again so you can review our concept design, space layout, outline specification, and budget prices.
  • After two or more follow-up meetings, we come to an agreement.
  • We then proceed to give you a firm offer attaching basic design, outline specifications, and giving you a MAXIMUM GUARANTEED PRICE (MGP).
  • We then sign a contract and proceed with the works.
  • The Clients appoints a Consultant to supervise the work progress.
  • After handover, periodic visits are made to ensure complete satisfaction.
